Go to the latest replyI just checked the Fulham v Sunderland score 10 minutes ago (on livescore) and it was 1-0 to Fulham. This was due to their goal in the early minutes of the game that they played 20 minutes of and was postponed. But it is now saying 0-0 and teletext says the same. Any 1 know anything about this.

This is the match that was postponed because of bad weather (snow) a few weeks ago. Fulham scored in the early minutes of that game but it was postponed. I know they haven't scored in this match but their goal must surely count.

Wouldn't it. But I thought that the game would just resume at the time it left off- a drop kick maybe - and with Fulham winning 1-0. This has happened plenty of times abroad. A spanish game last year I think was postponed around about 80 minutes because of lightning or something like that. The game was played at a later date and they played the remaining 10 minutes. I think this happened but I am not sure if I got my facts right. (I can't imagine that they would prepare for a match that only 10 minutes were played)
Anyway, I had a wager in the game being a draw and if it stays 1-0 to Sunderland I will have lost it when I should have won. Does any1 know if their goal actually stands

If a game gets postponed then the whole match is replayed and the original game is void. I thought every one knew that. I know that in Spain this season a match was replayed from when it was abandoned and it does happen abroad quite a bit but not in England.

No the goal will not stand. It is unfortunate for Fulham that the game was abandoned. As far as I'm aware those are the rules set out by the FA. Other associations will have different rules.
