Was checking William Hill site , Cardiff City are 7/2 and Portsmouth are 8/11 to win FA Cup in 90 Minutes .

Want a serious answer?
With Defoe cup tied we will be looking at Kanu to get our goal (not goal, and not the plural), Baros hasn't scored all season and Nugent, bless him, is crap. OK, not crap but he hasn't scored many BUT his cup form gives us some hope. Other than those, and maybe Utaka, we don't have any scorers (Krancjar is very hit and miss despite the media raving about him).
We struggle to score and if Cardiff score first we WILL NOT score two goals to win.
Cardiff will know this and will also know that with Campbell at the back we can be caught on the turn so I think they will come to defend deep and hit us on the break. Their pace (not Hasselbanks you idiot!) will beat Campbell if the pass is good enough, that leaves Distin and Johnson, both good defenders but can they do enough to hold up any counter attacks? Herman might have something to say about that but both he and Johnson like to get forward, leaving mroe gaps at the back. Cardiff will get at one golden chance and have to take it first time if they are to win the cup.
I think that it will be a drab 0-0 played ot mostly in the Cardiff half with the odd break, then go to ET and penalties. If there is a winner it will be 1-0, hopefully to Pompey but I can see Cardiff nicking it on the break.
Saying all that, I am usually wrong!

BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY!

(Yes I am going, I got a Hants FA comlimentary ticket as I am on the comittee of a local football league)

Excellent Philk , A bit of honesty about ur own team , Well i hope Portsmouth have what it takes on the day to overcome Cardiff City , as it was with Man United in a previous round , Nobody had expected Portsmouth to beat Man United , Well all the best to both teams who made it to the F.A. Cup Final 2008. Smile Smile

I hope Portsmouth do it after knocking out us in the semis so we can say we lost to the winners. (albeit i thought we played better especially in the 2nd half) However i think Cardiff will take it just.
