We want the DreamShares Forum to be enjoyable for everyone, so there are a
few rules to make sure people aren't offended by what's here. If you
do find a page which breaks one of these rules, please report it.
Don't post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane,
sexually oriented, threatening, harmful, racially offensive, invasive of a
person's privacy or otherwise objectionable.
Any swearing which we find will be replaced by ***s.
Don't make posts simply to increase the share price of any stocks you own.
If you're recommending or tipping a stock, include a good reason why
you're doing so For example: Spurs are a good buy at the moment
because they're having talks to buy David Beckham.
No spamming. Please don't post the same (or very similar) message more
than once.
No flaming. Flaming means posting messages which are angry and
mean-spirited or deliberately provocative. The Forum is a friendly place,
so please help us to keep it that way.
No advertising. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and
solicitations are all inappropriate for the forum. You may mention sites
or products which you think are useful and which are on-topic, but only if
you don't personally benefit from mentioning them. Please only include
URLs of sites which are suitable. Unsuitable sites would include those
with racist material, pornographic or sexually explicit material, anything
which encourages illegal activites, material which infringes copyright, or
sites which purely plug or promote commercial products or services without
containing material which enhances the subject matter.
Please only post in English. Firstly, we can't check non-English postings
for their suitability, and secondly, DreamShares is an English site and
it's impolite to post messages which most members can't read.
Do not post anyone else's email address, contact details, instant
messaging number and so on. Please do not reveal any personal information
of any nature about another person. If you choose to include your own
email address or contact details in a post, be aware that anyone on the
internet will be able to read it and you may get unwanted attention.
Please don't impersonate others.
Please don't abuse the complaints system. We check out each individual
complaint, so please only report pages you find offensive, not spelling
mistakes, grammatical mistakes and the like.
Thank you.
